The Islamabad High Court will decide if PTI Chairman Imran Khan's request for bail in a cipher case should be heard in private today. The Chief Justice, Amir Farooq, will preside over the hearing of this request made by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
The bail application itself is also scheduled for today before the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court.
The FIA, on behalf of the government, has filed a separate request asking for the hearing to be conducted in private.
In a previous hearing, the FIA had asked for this because they claimed that the documents and information involved in the case were sensitive.
Imran Khan's lawyer also agreed that there wouldn't be a problem if unnecessary people were asked to leave the courtroom during the hearing.
